JOB SUMMARY:The Swift + Company Marketing Coordinator is responsible for a variety of marketing, advertising, sales, PR, event, printing and organizational duties. This is a full time position with excellent growth potential. The Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the Swift + Company team.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
+ Social Media management and updates including generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content on chosen social platforms that build meaningful connections with past, present and future S+C clients, and encourages community members to use Swift + Company
+ Build S+C’S social media profiles and presence, including Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
+ Run social promotions and campaigns and track their success
+ Public relations activities including writing and distributing press releases to journalists regarding media-worthy events at Swift + Company; creation of press kits when necessary
+ Storage, editing, updating and management of S+C photo library
+ Taking photographs at S+C events / basic photography and editing skills
+ Website updates on a regular basis including addition of photography and text, inventory updates, etc.
+ Building relationships with vendors and clients in the industry
+ Creating supporting materials for S+C products like brochures, business cards, calling cards, gift tags, menus, place cards, price lists, etc.
+ Create original content for website pages, advertisements, newsletter, website blog, website stories, etc.
+ Work closely with graphic designer to create collateral which is consistent with S+C brand image
+ Create original art for purchase of custom paper goods for weddings, events and marketing
+ Work with our advertising accounts to provide original ads on a regular basis, by deadline, and within budget
+ Track in-kind donations to community organizations
+ Produce original styled shoots with various vendors
+ Plan and implement client and staff appreciation celebrations
+ Schedule and assist professional photographers at event photography sessions
+ Update and keep current S+C client database
+ Manage S+C camera – charged and clear memory
+ Manage S+C ipads – charged and updated / synced
+ Handle miscellaneous projects as requested
+ You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, like food and wine, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
+ Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
+ Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, and blogging.
+ You should have a knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the industry, and experience in blogging to achieve business goals
+ Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
+ Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop; Mac-based office knowledge
+ Five years previous experience in a marketing position
+ Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
+ Must display excellent customer service skills and great attitude
+ Must have excellent clerical skills, and oral and written communication skills
+ Must be highly motivated with ability to work independently and multi-task
+ Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic
+ Must have valid Texas driver license and ability to drive vans and trucks
+ Four year college degree preferred
