Marketing Production Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX 77055  |  Role: Full Time, In-Office  |  Annual Salary Range: $50K–$55K

Position Overview:

Swift + Company Events is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Production Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of marketing initiatives across our rentals, catering, floral, luxury tabletop, and sister brand, The Fab Fête.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is both creative and operationally strong, with a passion for events, digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling. From capturing thoughtfully designed tablescapes and event installations to supporting marketing campaigns and website updates, this role plays an integral part in bringing the Swift brand to life across all platforms.

The Marketing Production Coordinator will support day-to-day marketing execution while working closely with the Marketing Manager to help build and maintain a structured, high-performing marketing department.

What You’ll Do:

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Capture and create photo and video content for events, catering, tabletop, floral, and showroom installs
  • Maintain and manage the social media content calendar across all departments

Photography & Visual Content

  • Capture and edit photography for events, florals, event installs, and tabletop styling
  • Maintain a strong visual standard aligned with Swift’s brand
  • Organize and manage photo libraries by event, product, and category
  • Assist in selecting imagery for website, proposals, social media, and marketing materials

Website & Digital Platform Management

  • Assist with website updates across WordPress, including product uploads, galleries, and landing pages
  • Support updates across catering, rentals, floral, tabletop, and The Fab Fête content
  • Maintain organization of products, collections, and event portfolios
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, naming conventions, and visual presentation

E-Commerce & Fab Fête Support

  • Assist with product updates and content management within Shopify for The Fab Fête
  • Support product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with lifestyle content, product photography, and merchandising updates
  • Help maintain a polished, conversion-focused online experience

Catering Marketing Support

  • Assist with updating catering menus, galleries, and website content
  • Help create content showcasing culinary offerings, chefs, and events
  • Assist with development of catering marketing materials and sales support assets

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Execute email marketing campaigns across all departments using Mailchimp
  • Support development of newsletters, promotional campaigns, and announcements
  • Help maintain email lists and audience segmentation
  • Track email performance and contribute to reporting and optimization

Marketing Materials & Print Design

  • Assist in creating print and digital marketing materials, including sales decks, flyers, invitations, signage, showroom collateral, menus, and one-pagers
  • Maintain consistency across all branded materials

Marketing Operations & Systems

  • Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and workflows within Notion
  • Organize digital assets, marketing files, and internal documentation
  • Support overall marketing organization and project coordination

Media & Reporting

  • Assist with media buying platforms and campaign execution
  • Track and report on campaign performance (email, social, digital)
  • Support development of performance reports and insights
  • Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist with preparing marketing materials and photo selections for proposals
  • Support showroom updates and client-facing materials
  • Help maintain organized asset libraries for the sales team
  • Assist in identifying and supporting partnership and outreach opportunities

Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs of the marketing department
  • Assist with general office organization

What We’re Looking For:

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, design, content creation, or a related field
  • Strong content creation skills (photo + video), preferably in events, hospitality, or design
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, Notion, and Mailchimp (or similar email platforms)
  • Experience creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Experience creating print marketing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • This is an in-office role, with availability to work on-site 5 days per week required
