Ranch Romance
Swift + Company owner and founder Elizabeth Swift hopped into a pickup truck with a bride and her mother, driving around the family’s Hill Country property for hours to find the perfect place for a romantic country wedding. Elizabeth spotted a beautiful oak tree in a field and chose it for the location in which to build the event around. Details large and small had to be meticulously planned including building a road to reach the remote venue. Swift + Company commissioned a portrait of the bride and groom that hung above the bandstand. The bride arrived by horse and carriage and the couple were united beneath an 8-foot cross covered in white roses. Guests circulated beneath strings of lights on the cocktail deck, sipping on brandy freezes and enjoying a seafood bar.
